Festival Day Details
Bell Tables and Chairs
Rental tables are eight feet long
Please arrange to cover the bell tables with some fabric
Chairs will be provided at tables for ringers
Beverages on Festival Floor
Please be certain all containers have tight-fitting lids.
Lunch Breaks
Lunch Arrangements are on your own
To save time on festival day, it is suggested that you research
possible lunch locations ahead of time and be prepared to
drive there as quickly as possible.
You might consider making advanced reservations if possible.
We suggest consulting your phone on festival day for possibilities.
Festival Concert
Invite friends and family to come to the closing concert.
If rehearsal is still underway, ask them to remain in the lobby until it is over.
Rehearsal/Concert Dress
Advise ringers not to wear jewelry that comes into contact with bells
Matching tops are fine.
Copied Music
Be aware that photocopied music is not permitted on the Festival floor!!!
